Because we woke up today to THIS
AND because it is another extremely busy day, I offer another quick poll from our family.
The question: What is your favorite thing to do on cold days?
Hub: If it’s a stormy day, I like to stay in and watch a movie.
Kweenmama: Curl up with a good book and a snack.
Squid: Nothing! (A pause) Snowboard. This is ridiculous! Who wants snow in March?
Huh: Chew out Mother Nature.
Juju: Eat food.
Mack: Eat warm food.
Shroom: Video games!
Hoob: NOT go to school.
Yawlin: Relax and drink hot chocolate.
I only wish I could curl up with a good book today (I did yesterday). Instead I get to go out in the snow and run about a million errands.

Wow, that’s a lot of snow. I am so ready for the spring weather to kick in and stay. We had nice weather all last weekend. Then it was cold for a few days. Then warm, then cold.
My little ones are confused! In school they talked about the first day of spring and wondered why they were still wearing their winter coats!
I hope the snow melts fast for you, and I pray we do not get any!

Yuck! I know that is going to happen at least one more time in Chicago – I can feel it. I don’t like snow very much when it is Spring!!

Wow! It looks like you really got dumped on. I grew up in Chicago, and I do not miss snow one bit. Hang on, spring is coming!
